All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional prices apply only during the stated period.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example due to suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be fully refunded in such cases.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted via Shopify Payments / Stripe.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including images, logos, text and design - is the property of MELY and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

MELY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products beyond the value of your order, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
