Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
30-day return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to return
- Email us at returns@mely.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label (EU orders - free return)
- Pack your items securely and drop off at the carrier
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Non-returnable items
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@mely.com with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
